Character: Dag'rema
Location: Jaedenar
Dag'rema looked at the orb, tilting her head slightly. She wished that she had time to study it herself, but she still had several loose ends to tie up, and they took priority. Perhaps the Masters would be generous and would share whatever the Legion learned about it.
But if they didn't, that was fine too. Whatever the Masters desired, Dag'rema would be their tool in implementing it.
Character: Base
Location: Ashenvale
Base sat crosslegged in the Sentinel lodge in Astranaar, reading a book that his elven 'captors' had been kind enough to offer him. He wasn't sure if it was supposed to be fiction or non-fiction--he knew only a small amount of night elven history, and even less of what they believed themselves to be historical fact--but it wasn't bad.
Heavily armed sentinel guards stood outside, with an even more heavily armed and armored warden standing between them. Base was confident that he could escape if necessary, but he didn't dismiss the skills of the warden either. Hopefully it wouldn't come to that.
Character: Taelani
Location: Ashenvale
Taelani continued riding through Ashenvale, astride the dark colored nightsaber she had rented. Finally, she and her travelling companion arrived in Astranaar.
She had been planning on merely restocking food and water and continuing the ride to Deathwing. But she noted a think contingent of guards around one of the lodges.
"Wonder what's up..." she wondered aloud, looking to Lyriel.

Orb of Fel
Felwood
The orb continued to glow an angry red, green flames licked at the box it was contained in, trying to melt or burn it's way through.

Character:
Curho Demoneye
Location: Jaedenar
Curho glared as he directed the cultists in the opening of a small portal - large and stable enough for Dag'rema to pass through and back with ease. The weaklings struggled to keep it from collapsing even as they worked, but Curho was not about to waste his own energy when there were others that could do as much for him.
"Faster!" he ordered. "Lady Dag'rema's wishes must be met!" The cultists - eager to please and eager to avoid pain - doubled their efforts.

Character : Four Worgen
Location : Ironforge
As Blackblood went out to get a priest and two medics to carry Lighthowl's body, Logan sat down at his desk, taking a pen and paper in his hand. He didn't know what to write in the letter; so he just wrote what he felt.
Dear Krista,
I'm sure you don't remember me - I've only seen you once at a dinner. I'm a friend of Blackblood's - one of the Bloodhowl worgen that was at your house at Gilneas some time ago.
I'm writing to tell you that Lighthowl, who is, as I understand one of the few remaining survivors of the Bloodhowl pack, has passed away. I just thought that, as a Bloodhowl, you'd like to know to. I'd like it if you deliver this message to Snowmane, too.
Sincerely,
Gabriel-Logan Sly, Wolfbane.
He sealed it in an envelope and, taking one last look at Lighthowl, went outside to post it.
Character : Linmarion
Location : Darkshore
As soon as the elf arrived in Darkshore, he commissioned a hippogriph to Astranaar, wondering if Base was already there.

Moraash
Ironforge
The shamen decided maybe it would be best to leave this continent and go find some place to help on Kalimdor. He was able to get a kindly mage to open a portal to the Night elven lands for him. He walked through cautiously so as not to stumble. As he stepped through earth rumbled to him where he was. He was in what was known as Ashenvale. He nodded and began walking.

Location: Ashenvale
"I'm not sure," Taelani answered tentatively. "Based on their formation and insignias, I think they might be guarding something. Want to see if we can get some more information?"
Character: Base
Location: Astranaar
Base continued reading, until finally a well-decorated and official-looking sentinel walked in the room. She wore a thick purple cowl and had a heavy-looking bow strung over her shoulder.
"Ah, Elune-Adore, my lady," Base nodded, closing his book and bowing his head slightly. He noted that her skin was covered in scars of all shapes and sizes, and what was visible of her face share the same quality, in addition to a number of vicious tattoos.
"Who are you?" the sentinel asked, her arms folded across her chest.
"Quite blunt, I see," Base chuckled. "Very well. I shan't waste your time with pleasantries. I am called Base, and I am the leader of the Shatterspear tribe. May I ask your name?"
"I am Lady Sylvia Morrowind," the sentinel answered. "Leader of the Sentinels at Astranaar. My girls tell me that you know something about our disappearances?"
"Well, I
may
know," Base answered. "My investigation hasa not been thorough enough to be sure..." he paused. "I have been tracking an orc witch, Dag'rema. She leads the Shadow Council, servants of the Legion. She had a base, Jaedenar, not far from here. I've already killed her once. I wounded her a second time just about a week ago, just before your abductions began. I suspect that she has returned to Jaedenar to lick her wounds and is using her prisoners to heal herself."
"Hmm..." Morrowind muttered, beginning to pace. "We know of Jaedenar. We know of the Shadow Council. We know of Dag'rema as well. But our intel suggested that she was dead. How could she have returned to life?"
"She is very powerful," Base answered, a very serious look on his face. "She has strong ties with the Legion. I don't know how exactly that she has returned, but she has."
"I see..." the sentinel muttered. "Stay here. I must report this immediately."
Base nodded and went back to reading.
Character: Dag'rema
Location: Jaedenar
Dag'rema chuckled and pulled the orb out of the box, looking within it.
"It is a shame that I do not have time to have a Felsteel box forged. I would enjoy your futile attempts to escape very much," she grinned.

Character : Linmarion
Location : Ashenvale
Linmarion's hippogriph pulled into the Astranaar flight station, and as soon as he got off he addressed the closest sentinel.
"Has a troll come through here?"
(( I'll leave it up to you to respond via the sentinel according to whether you want Linmarion to find Base or you want this interrogation to carry on. ))

Curho hurried back to Da'grema side, bowing. "MiIady," he said, "the portal to the nether is open and prepared for you use of it." He paused. "I suggest you use it quickly, though, I'm not sure how much longer these pathetic cultists can keep it open."

"
"Indeed,
" Taelani nodded in Darnassian. "
Could we inquire as to what you are guarding? Merely curious, of course.
"
The sentinel nodded, but shushed the two elves. "We found a troll in the forest, but it was the oddest thing... He spoke clear and fluent Darnassian. Keep your voices down, he might be listening in as we speak."
Taelani gagged slightly. "That's... disgusting..." she managed to say.
Character: Another Sentinel
Location: Astranaar
"Indeed," the sentinel nodded to the male elf. "We found one in the forest. Lady Morrowind is currently interrogating him. Why?"
Character: Dag'rema
Location: Jaedenar
"Excellent," Dag'rema grinned, moving toward the portal.
"
Why have you called me?
" a dark voice called from the portal.
"I bring you a gift, Lord Mal'ganis. A gift for the Legion," she nodded, holding up the orb.
Slowly, a massive demonic form stepped through, clearly a dreadlord.
"
Hmmm... What is this?
" the demon asked.
"I am not sure myself," Dag'rema confessed. "But it holds much power. I am confident that the Legion could make use of it."
"
Indeed,
" the dreadlord nodded. "
You have done well... Both of you. Your continued service to the Legion does not go unnoticed,
" the demon added. "
You will have a place in the end, know this...
" he nodded, turning and stepping through the portal.
"Excellent," Dag'rema smiled as the portal closed.

The kaldorei frowned. "How very strange indeed, and wrong, filthing our tongue with their guttural voice." she tutted. "We enquired out of interest, to aid our kind before we reach Hyjal. I apologise if I have been...an inconvenience."

Curho also smiled, but that smile quickly turned into a frown. He pulled out the tainted peice of the Hellreaver, looking at it.
What to do with you
..., he thought. Shaking his head slightly he looked towards Lady Dag'rema. "Is there anything else you require, milady."

"What is it doing here in our forest?" Taelani asked.
"He said that he had information about the abductions we've been having recently," the sentinel nodded.
"Abductions?" Taelani asked. "Trolls are abducting our people?" she stuttered, nearly choking as memories of her own kidnapping flooded to the surface.
"I don't know..." the sentinel answered. "Lady Morrowind should be returning soon, you can ask her if you like..."
Character: Another Sentinel
Location: Astranaar
"Over there," the sentinel gestured. "Where the guards are."
Character: Dag'rema
Location: Jaedenar
"No," Dag'rema answered. "Not at the moment. I think that Blackbite has recently perished, so there is little I can do to take vengeance on her at the moment. I could kill her friends and relatives, but that would not be nearly as satisfying..." she paused. "Instead, let us turn our attention to the troll that killed me once and nearly succeeded again, and his little elf friend. Once they are dealt with, then we can return to our hibernation as we wait for a good opportunity to strike out again."

Character: Dag'rema
Location: Jaedenar
"If it can be managed discreetly. Blackbite's scout was captured and because of that we were found out and our plans were demolished. I don't want that to happen again," Dag'rema nodded. "Why don't we send a few scouts up to Darkshore, see if that village is still there."

Astranaar
Moraash stopped. He heard talking nearby. Earth told him that there was many feet on the ground including ones that had only two toes. He knew that that meant a troll. He slowly got closer to the group and asked himself. "What goes on here?" HE asked a bit curiously.
