Orb of Fel

The orb had tried to resist connection with Dag'rema, it could not think nor could it see, but somehow it knew it did not belong. Instead of causing damage, in an attempt to escape, it tightened it's hold inside Dag'rema's chest, it longed to escape, but while it was there it would at least make it's new home safer and more hospitable. The orb began to force fel energy through Dag'remas veins, the corruption was already quite high, but now it would be even more so. The fel energy surged through Dag'rema's body in an attempt to alter it so that it would be more suitable for the spread of it's energies. The orb did all this automatically, although it could not think, the energies within it seemed to know what htey were doing.

Curho nodded toward Koren, then looked back at Dag'rema. "Koren Vile," the warlock explained, "he assisted with the formulation of the plan I presented to you. And, on the topic of the night elves, I fear that we'll have to abandon this base of opperations very soon." He thought for a moment.
"I suggest we relocate to a location that isn't as obvious as any here in Kalimdor. I suggest we head to the Deadwind Pass. We may be able to find a use for what remains of Karazhan's energies - if we are able to tap into them, that is." He shrugged.

Linmarion fought to keep himself conscious as his body ran out of air, water entering his body from his nose and mouth despite his best efforts to stop it.

Back in the cultist base, the glow of the weapon began to slowly diminish.

Location: Felwood
Dag'rema felt a surge of power from the orb and wondering what was causing it. She decided that she'd have to look into it at the soonest possible opportunity. She didn't trust the Death Knight that had given it to her, and while it had prevented her death, she in no way liked the idea of dependence on it.
"Deadwind Pass is good, I think," Dag'rema nodded. "Provided that no one else has taken up residence there. Last I heard, The Violet Eye had taken up an interest in the place."

Base felt himself beaten against the mountainside, but his efforts to protect his head prevented him frmo being knocked unconscious and drowning.

Location: Darnassus
"I'm not sure what I want," Taelani shrugged. "Perhaps some fruit or something. After all, you don't need to kill anything to get fruit."

"I heard rumors about the new Guardian setting up shop there," Curho admitted, "but I don't belive them." He noticed the Hellreaver starting to lose it glow, and immediately began to pour massive ammounts of Fel energy into it. He'd break whatever kind of spirit this weapon had. In time, he'd make it serve him.

Linmarion grabbed onto a rock on the mountainside, heaving himself up to above water. He greedily gulped in air, feeling adrenaline pumping through his veins. He got to work trying to find Base.
The Hellreaver glowed brightly, absorbing all the Fel energy and storing it.

"Hmm... Now that you mention it, I have heard those rumours as well..." Dag'rema pondered. "Perhaps we should send a scout first."
Character: Base
Location: Desolace
Finally the water began to settle and Base was able to get to the surface for a much needed gasp of air.
He looked around, spotting the top of the mountain, and began swimming for it.

"Heh, me too..." Taelani chuckled. "I'm sure they have something in the city. Let's go."

Curho nodded. "Indeed, I'll speak with some of the others about sending someone expendible, or something along those lines." He bowed and turned to leave, continuing to pour massive ammounts of fel magic into the Hellreaver, mixing it with spells that would bind the blade to Curho's will.

The energy inside the Hellreaver pulsed, a dangerous aura of dark energy forming around it.
Linmarion gasped and grasped his chest. His eyes turned black for a moment, before back to their golden colour.

Dag'rema nodded to her fellow warlocks and decided to find a secure place to begin further research on the orb lodged in her chest.

Location: Desolace
Finally Base climbed up onto the side of the mountain, watching the water level fall steadily as the sea receded. He coughed up some of the water he had inhaled, looking for Linmarion.

Taelani walked through the 'portal,' stepping into the capital city. "Alright, they should have somewhere to eat at the Tradesman's Terrace," she nodded, setting off in a South-eastwardly direction.

As she stood there she saw someone familiar through the crowd passing quickly by the archery range. She began to push through the crowd. "Granny Tae-tae!" She said charging at her her arms spread wide to give her a big hug.

Curho glared as the blade reacted, not sure if it was a reaction in his favor or in opposition to him. Either way, he continued to weave more fel-magic spells into it, not attempting to draw the demonic energy from the weapon.
