Sylos finally made it to a clearing in the middle of the woods. "Well you going to hide or are you going to fight?" He said as his armor formed over his body.
"Not my style. Have fun with my pets."
The voice said and demons started to pour out of the forest around him. "Not good." He said attacking them.

To'ka took the wood inside and stacked it near the fireplace, then snuck up on his mother and stuck on long finger into the stew pot, only to get it slapped by her. "Do not." Av'ka said with a laugh and pointed at the water basin. "Clean your hands." She told him and he nodded and moved over to it. They were quiet for a few moments then his mother cleared her throat.
"How did it go?" She asked, and he turned around, putting aside the vegetables he had been chopping. "Bad." He said simply and took a seat at the table. "They all died.... and I was hurt bad." He told her, and he heard her put her cooking utensils down and put her arms around her from behind. "How bad?" She asked quietly and he shuddered a little. "Caught in a large amount of rubble. I can't shift into my flight form, both wings are sprained." He told her, and she nodded, letting him go and moving back to the food.
"At least you came home." Av'ka said, looking out the window.

Tyralon felt himself beginning to nod off as well. He yawned, wanting to resist falling asleep, but having a rather difficult time in doing so.
"I'll just rest my eyes... for a moment..," Tyralon told himself, shutting his eyeslids. Within moments he had fallen asleep, going limp as he slipped into unconsiousness.

Sylos stood there the dead bodies of demons littered the ground around him. "You going to keep this up or do you want to surrender now?" He asked.
"I'll deal with you myself."
The voice said and from the shadow a dreadlord walked out. "Your as pathetic as ever." Sylos said. The dreadlord laughed.
Killing you will be so much fun. Then I can pay your family a little visit.
He said laughing again. Sylos didn't respond and charged him his scythe glowing with holy energy.

To'ka set up a pair of plates for Miri and Ka'va, then put food on them to help his mother. "Any words from aunt Miri?" He asked, looking over at his mother who shrugged, taking a seat and nodding at him as he put some food on the plate for her as well. "No, not recently." She answered and he nodded, taking a seat as the girls came into the room, and sat at their own food.

Zara continued to sleep. She hadn't noticed yet that sylos was gone and tryed cuddling closer to him, only succeeding in rolling off the bed and waking herself up. She groggily stood up and got back into bed. Then she noticed Sylos was gone. She decided he must have gone out to do something early this morning so she just went back to sleep for awhile.

Tyralon opened his eyes, yawning somewhat. He then immediately realized he was sleeping next to Maria, who he apparently had pulled her closer in his sleep. His face reddened somewhat and knew if he moved, he would probably wake Maria up.
Tyralon just shook his head, figuring that they would have to reach this point in their relationship eventually, so it might as well be now.

Zara woke up again. She stretched and gave a yawn, noticing that sylos was still gone. She got up and went into the bathroom and took a quick shower. She then got dressed and headed downstairs to see if sylos was waiting for her there.

Linmarion shook his head, his vision blurry from his drunkedness.
"Damn, I'm gonna regret this in the morning..." he mumbled.

When she arrived downstairs she saw sylos was not here either. She thought he must have gone out to do something important. She thought about what she could do for awhile while she waited, then she thought of something. She could make breakfast for him and have it ready for when he came back. She hurried into the kitchen and began looking through everything getting the ingridients she needed to make sylos something delicious and special for breakfast.

Sylos and the dreadlord had been fighting all night. It wasn't until sunup that he was able to cut off the demons head. He sat against a tree. "Told you I would win." He muttered to tired to stand let alone walk. He reached around behind him to feel the claw marks on his back. He got the bleeding to stop but it would take some time until it would be healed up.
