I received this item on my 1st jar.
05 Mar 2011, Patch 4.0.6, 525 Archaeology / 525 Alchemy
The jar was the fifth common Tol'vir artifact I got.
Obviously, this was really lucky. Hats off to the patience and dedication of those people who needed 10+ Jars to find it, and good luck to those who still need the recipe.
