Wait for the tank to build aggro then let loose with nuke.

Get it, though it'll only help if the tank has one too.
If he doesn't, try it out at the start or on small/easy packs : leave him 5 seconds to build agro (more if there are multiple mobs) and then dps as much as you can. Adapt depending on how fast you where able to take agro back.
Once you've sort of found your rythm, continue to pay attention to strings of crit or other such event that could lead to your demise.
Appart from aggro management however, be on the ball for cc management, that's more important than dps.

As for CC I assume that keeping at least one mob sheeped is what's required along with the odd frost nova to halt running mobs in their tracks.
Whoever's marking should tell you which in a pack to sheep. Of course, if you have a paladin tank, you probably won't be sheeping a whole lot (consecrate and sheep don't play nicely together).
Frost nova .... eh. Personally, I prefer a well-placed fire blast to the face. ;) YMMV

For the dragon boss, you might wanna keep your fire ward up. His fireballs hurt.
