the lich king is a combo of arthas and ner'zhul but who got a will ?
i read on wowwiki
The Lich King is capable of seeing through the eyes and hearing through the ears of anyone who wields Frostmourne; this ability cannot be stopped by any mortal means. The Lich King can communicate with the wielder at will telepathically, on any plane and at any distance. The Lich King uses this ability to try and corrupt the wielder over time
thats why arthas bringed the frostmourne to ner'zhul
but i also readed on wowwiki
The Lich King can take possession of a soulless body that comes in contact with him and Frostmourne at the same time. The soul within Frostmourne is destroyed unless it willingly merges with the Lich King, becoming lost as a separate entity for all eternity
the lichking would have destroy arthas soul becouse he didnt need it anymore
so my qoustion is who got is? the lichking arthas menethil or ner'zhul?

That is your answer, assuming the Manual of Monsters is accurate. In truth whether it is accurate or not doesn't matter, because lore is rewritten where it needs to be according to the will of the creative director.

They are not Ner'zhul or Arthas. They are a totally new person. A spirit, and a body. The spirit controls the body. The body is only a puppet for what the spirit wants. They are
one
