Difficult to "stun" lock when the stuns are on DR.
War Stomp - 2 sec
Charge - 1 sec
Intercept - 3 sec
Concussion Blow - 5 sec
Mace Stun - 3 sec
Anyway why you string it, it's difficult to put more than 5-7 sec. That's if you get concussion blow.
Warriors stuns are more of a way to keep a target stationary long enough to land a hamstring or interupt a spell.

I may be reached via email. My contact info is on my profile here & while I am not at my computer as often now, I always check my email at least once or twice every day or two. Regardless, it is better to address your question here in the forums so that others with the same question or thoughts can get insight or answers. If you need specific one-on-one explanations, I have no problem with that, just ask, =)
-----
Charge, Intercept, & Concussion Blow all share the same diminishing returns. I am 99% positive War Stomp is also shared with the former. As such, they also share diminishing returns with other classes' abilities, such as Cheap Shot. They do not interfere with the ability Kidney Shot (this ability is unique).
The blacksmithing weapon,
Stormherald
, and it's lesser forms, share diminishing returns with Mace Specialization & any other item/trinket, or effect which is random.
Also, Improved Hamstring's immobilization proc is going to share diminishing returns as well (though not with stuns).

Quite the joker, =p
Whatever I can do when not able to browse the forums, that betters the warrior community, is my self-appointed goal. Email is a wonderful tool for less-than-instant conversations.

A Tauren warrior, has awesome stun ability given he has mace specc, and is using the BS crafted maces. Don't forget Warrior's also have Intimidating shout, although not a stun, it gives us the time to land hamstrings and interrupt casting.
I think Tauren Warriors in PVP using them weapons are awesome, and I know from dueling against friends that do have the serious PVP gear that it's almost impossible to win against them.
War Stomp - 2 sec
Charge - 1 sec
Intercept - 3 sec
Concussion Blow - 5 sec
Mace Stun - 3 sec via Talent tree
BS epic BoP crafted wep - 4sec
Intimidating shout - 4 secs I think (Correct me If I am wrong on that)
Imp Hamstring - 5 secs
Thats a total of up to 27 seconds of stun/fear if you are lucky enough to actually get all of them on an opponent.
I think to be pretty honest, that is imba, and good luck owning a Warrior who COULD actually hold you in a stun for as long as that.
27 sec stun/fear? LOL crazy. Have you heard of diminishing returns? For a warrior, probably no more than 5 secs every 15 secs. I repeat, Warriors are not made to stun lock.
Even the master stun locker rogue can't hold you for more than 10 secs. Rogues have reasons to have more than one stuns and immobolizing effect because
1. they can't charge/intercept when their opponent is out of melee range.
2. they need to hold you down to put combo points on you to pull off a devastating finishing move.
3. they need to delay your movements so they can regenerate energy.
Once again, I repeat, warrior's stun and immobolizing abilities, are tools to keep his/her foe at melee range. Do not think that for one moment you can hold your opponent down in one place for more than 5 secs (if you are lucky) for every 15 secs - if they don't resist of course.
Stuns can also be used to interupt spells while shield bash or pummel is on CD.
I see intimidating shout as a time to bandage.
