First obvious fact:
Look at Cleansing waters now updated tooltip. Do you see 6 second internal cd there? You think its worth 2 talent points? Sure it decreases the cost as well, but whats better, decreasing a cost of one spell you may or may not use or giving you a source of mana back for using spells you gonna be using anyway. Resurgence is way better choice.
Now, concussion. 3% crit to everything, heals or damage spells vs 6% damage on damage spells. Choice seems quite obvious.
Focused Insight may seem like a great idea and it was, when it was 30% bigger heal at the cost of 25% mana of off GCD Wind shear and using your interrupt every 6 seconds. With 20 second cooldown Wind shear, not only the HPS gain drops gradually if Wind shear is still used every cd for these purpouses, but also takes away important cooldown - interrupt. Alternatively you can use ordinary shocks for the cost of gcd (or less if you use proper glyph instead of LB), but which will it be?
- Flame shock - may prevent some people from resetting, but wont be very reliable at that without special glyph. May increase your burst with LvB, but honestly you wont be using this spell much.
- Frost shock - slowing opponents offensively isnt your job, for defensive purpouses you got Earthbind Totem.
- Earth shock - very slight damage reduction from physical dps with extremly short duration which can be done by any dk, any feral, any warrior, prot paladins and some oddly specced sub rogues. All have much longer uptime on it. Not good.
Now i am assuming you plan to cast LB (i am assuming because you took so many LB talents and glyphs). You cant cast anything in pvp while standing still.
Charred Glyph is an absolute must to this playstyle.
But we are still left with this focused insight, where to put those points into resto tree instead?
Tidal focus - seems legit
Natures Guardian - i dont remember anyone using it, but it seems like a reactive battlemaster trinket (eg.
Vicious Gladiator's Emblem of Meditation) healing for 15% of your max hp instead of fixed amount (16.5% if you have maxed Ancestrial healing hp bonus) whenever you get dangerously low. 30s cd instead of 2 mins and 10s duration instead of 15.
So if its working like a battlemaster trinket

However i prefer the immortal healer that heals for tones and doesnt run oom playstyle.

This is much better choice of glyphs for a healing a tone and not going oom style, with Natures Guardian if it works how i think it works.
TC is great for bgs, where there is lot of randoms not able to target a healer, but kinda lackluster for arenas - any proper comp will focus fire or chain cc healer.
