well the
Conqueror's Terrorblade Pauldrons
had an animation of claws lashing out and withdrawing.
and
Sanctified Frost Witch's Spaulders
had spirit elks appear every so often.
beside those i can only think of challenge mode gold achievement gear that has specials animations.
