(the one that is in silvermoon and opposite side of kael's statue

Assuming that is indeed the model you're looking for (based on this
screenshot of the day
) they come in three colors: yellow (
Robes of Insight
), teal (
Robes of the Guardian Saint
), and magenta (
Vestments of the Shifting Sands
). The Robes of Insight are the easiest to obtain as they are a world drop, and can be found surprisingly often in auction houses. The other two unfortunately require Ahn'Qiraj raids, and are bind on pickup rather than bind on equip.
