resocket your gems, to hell with the socket bonuses, get 9 or 12 stam, esp on your helm chest and legs
replace belt with sha'tari vindicator's belt
replace boots with flesh beast's or colossus
replace both rings with warrior/druid tanking rings
replace first trinket with adamantite figurine or something of the like
instead of the badge shield, get the badge libram
get the crest of the sha'tar
