First of all, thank you, it's not a Armory link.
second, replace your trinkets with + healing, like the LC prayerbook or scarab from BM
third, by using the be.imba.hu site, you should have an approximate estimation of where you can be. from what I can see, even though you have a lot of PvP gear, you should be able to do decently in kara
lastly, I would advise you to carry some pre-cut gems and enchanting materials so that you can immediately use the gear upgrades you win in the run
