You're kind of lucky you're only starting to watch it now. I started watching it the first week the anime started airing, and there were definitely times I wished I hadn't becuase I couldn't just start watching the next episode right away. Even knowing what was going to happen because I'd read the manga, I still wanted to watch the anime because of how awesome it was.

Hmmm, seems I managed to fluke a win by skipping over Nagi no Asukara until its last week, I don't think I could've handled not marathoning this show. It's seriously heading into 10/10 area for me. The OST is *!@#ing amazing, the art is beautiful and it has amazing character development.

Fairy Tail anime continues starting today! The animation looks really great (and definitely a huge upgrade over the last dozen or so episodes from 2012, yikes). Excited to finally have it airing again.

And One Piece did it again....Did not see the replacement for Luffy in the Tourney for the Mera Mera Fruit being revealed as Sabo coming at all! Awesome twist.

Of the big three, only One Piece I find still readable, let alone enjoyable. Naruto's been having their real final battle going on for nearly eight books and Bleach's retcons and mandatory power ups have become so hamfisted not even all the unique characters constantly being introduced can save it.

At least Naruto's battles are readable...Bleach's are not; such as the death of the recent Quincy against Ken-chan. So stupid.

Reading the battles in Bleach is only profitable if you want to see the new outfits they can manage as they transform. Aizen currently tops the list with Gaga, Butterfly, and three heads.
Naruto's battles are okay, but the desperate attempts at making each new development in it more epic than the last by just making it bigger has become really bland for me. When four different characters are strong enough to blow up countries I start to lose interest at the absurdity. And because I know it will come up, DBZ did it first so they get a pass.

I saw the trailer for the English version of Attack on Titan....dear muther freaking Goddess do the actors/actresses chosen for the voices sound horrible :(.
