That manga is getting really interesting. I can't stop reading! I didn't think I would like it, but I'm glad I do.
Again, thank you, Adamsm.
De nada.

Still watching Gurren Lagann. D: I am at... i think its 17th episode now.
It really got good in eps... um... the death one, dunno which one it is, till ep 15.
I really like the characters post time-skip. Pretty realistic character evolution, the responsible guy turning into somewhat of an extremely responsible arse, Simon still being light headed, but much more Kamina-like (i TOTALLY loved how he didnt totally break down when he got his proposal rejected, that might be the first time i ever saw a character act maturely in such a situation in anything)... overall, the show really gets better with coming episodes. The first ones were hardly as good as the later ones.
Anyway, i admire the drawing style. Its really good. There is still fanservice
everywhere
... @#$% shots, butt shots, huge extreme mecha transformations with volcanoes exploding in the back, GIGA DRILL BREAKER... but whatever, its drawn really well.
Pretty entertaining anime so far. I am glad i got it.

As is usually the case. I think the only English dub I choose to watch is the Dragonball/Z/GT dub. Some of the voice actors are actually fantastic (Goku SS3 scream yes yes?), but I can't say for sure that a good portion of that isn't nostalgia.

The only thing i don't like about japanese dubs is that them japanese guys have no idea about how a woman is supposed to sound. They all have those odd squeaky voices.
By the way, you you guys know Girlchan in Paradise? Three flash videos from Egoraptor, that are parodies of.... pretty much... all anime... ever. They are about 7 minutes long in average i guess.
Part 1
Part 2
Part 3

I recall watching a few episodes on Adult Swim. Don't know why I never knew that there was a manga, though.
Manga, is again, better; but mainly because the Anime just ended, before the start of the 3rd best arc.

I hate when that happens. I was hard into the Samurai Deeper Kyo manga, and totally psyched to check out the Anime, then I found out it's this weird, abridged, unrelated side story or something. I watched a few episodes and had no idea what was going on. It had the characters and concepts, but the story was completely different. Not only that, as far as I recall, it was very very short, something like 26 episodes? The manga is quite long. I have 30 volumes and I haven't bought a volume in almost a year.

Heh; wait till the Battle of the Three Slayers against a Dragon; that was the most epic CoMA in the entire series(of course, you could be there now, can't remember the exact chapter name for when that started).
