Get a 35 agil enchant on your spear if you can. Socket your gloves.

(personal preference) since they are far more effective BM raiding builds.

make sure you have a working 1:1 macro.

Get the xbow if you want, but kara is bound to give you a ranged wep. eventually. (also the badge xbow in 2.4 will be very nice.)

Trey to get a http://www.wowhead.com/?item=29192 on your head and http://www.wowhead.com/?item=29533 on your legs as they are both cheap-ish, efficient enchants.

You could also improve a lot of your gear by grinding honor for the s1 set, but more or less your good to go. (just remember to bring consumables)
