One thing to look at is your Professions, I did Leather working so it didn't make much of a difference to me which I chose there. But some professions have better recipes for one or better for the other.
Also look at the inscriptions. Aldor focus on AP, Scryer focus on Crit. From what I understand the Exalted Aldor Inscription beats out the Exalted Scryer one, but only by a smidgen. And even then its a matter of preference.
Then there is the fact that as Scryer you can jump off the edge into Shat without using the Elevator and live.

For LW, scryers give you a mp5 armor kit and aldor gives you a defense rating kit. Most of the quests are the same, just giving by different people. Scryers have a quest for the best non-epic belt (and better than some epics for raiding) and a dagger that you can buy with rep. Aldor has a good ring and a sword you can buy with rep. All of those are replaceable, probabably around the time you get the rep for them though.

To quote myself from the other thread of the same name ...
As a combat swords rogue I went Aldor, because 1) neither had any profession recipes for me, and 2) I liked their shoulder enchant better.
But I think it depends on your spec and professions. Check out
WoWWiki
, it helped me a lot.
Thats it ?? No special quests?? No cool reward?? Well thats crap. Man 70 just gets more disapointing:( oh whell guess these games do have an end. maby the expantion.
There are not many special quests between Scryer and Aldor, no. But there are all the instances, quests, items, arena, etc. The game doesn't end until you want it to.
