The error means that the script can't find its MySQL table, trying running create_table.php if you already haven't.
I pointed my browser to create_table.php in the wowhead directory and got this error:
Warning: mysql_connect() : Access denied for user: 'yeoldeforum@localhost' (Using password: YES) in /home/iguniverse/www/forum/wowhead/create_table.php on line 31
Access denied for user: 'yeoldeforum@localhost' (Using password: YES)

It means that your MySQL username and/or password are incorrect. This could be a problem given that create_table.php uses phpBB's config file to connect to your database.

A quick update concerning version 3, for those who care. I have decided to split the code up a bit to make it easier to write extensions for the script. The script now has a base class with all of the functions that every type of object (item, spell, quest, and achievement) would use, and then there are extensions to the base class to handle each type of object. For example wowhead_items for items/itemico, wowhead_quests for quests, etc. The quest, spells, achievements, and item parts are already done, as I just cleaned up the code from version 2 and added little improvements here and there. The vast majority of my time will be spent writing the wowhead_craftable and wowhead_itemset extensions. I am still working out how I want to do the cache portion for version 3.
I am still hopeful for a release sometime this weekend or before I go back to work on Tuesday night.

This is really doing my head in now. It worked fine on 3.0.2 and since i upgraded to 3.0.3 it just stopped working. I have tried a fresh install of it and still no joy.

I am currently running the script on version 3.0.3 without any issues, so I am going to need more information as to what its doing.

Hi crack, version 2.5.5 is defenetly bugged; some links work and some don't but I can't figure the pattern.
I can't get the following spells to be displayed (all worked with previous version):
Abomination's Might
Trueshot Aura
Mangle
Improved Scorch
Ebon Plaguebringer
Improved Divine Spirit
Swift Retribution
Master Poisoner
Judgements of the Just
Blesing of Kings
Grace
Blessing of Sanctuary
Improved Devotion Aura
Ancestral Healing
Slow
I get a for all of these.

Oook, I've check item links and they work great. But the problem mentioned above still persists.
Half the spells and quests link don't work. Pattern is not clear.
Any news on this? :(
Work has been crazy lately so I haven't had much time to work on the script. I will try to get a fix released sometime this weekend.

Its seems as though your website isn't accessable at this time. I'm interested in installing the Mod for my PHPBB3 forum, but can't get my hands on the files and instructions needed. Any idea if/when the site will be back up?

Yeah I currently have a ticket open with my host, trying to see what is going on. I'll keep you guys updated as to what is going on. In light of the fact that I remotely edit my files directly off of my webpage, I am unable to update the script until things are straightened out. I apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

The site is now back online. Apparently my host moved my site to a new server without telling me. Its a beast of a server so I'm not mad. =D

I have double checked everything. and it seems like I installed it correctly still can't figure what went wrong.
Yeah given the error (warning, if you wanna be specific) you have not correctly edited the files as per the instructions.
