I just recently started using my dk again because I heard some interesting things about them. The only problem is his action bars are just so damn cluttered and I am somewhat lost. if anyone can help out by posting a screenshot of your dk's action bar I would greatly appreciate it.

I was gonna tell you to go look in the stickies for a rotation for your spec, but the most up-to-date guides are still from October. While that is 4.0.1, I can't guarantee it'll be current enough to trust since IDK how much change there's been to DKs between 4.0.1 and 4.0.3. Of course, we also have 4.0.6 right around the corner as well.

That is a Frost DK,
And to Elaborate my Abilities:
#9 is Pillar of Frost with a Macro
From the Horn of Winter thru Acherus Deathcharger is my button bound to my mouse.
and the macros on the right actionbars are equipment manager buttons to switch gear sets.

Edit: my runes are bugged too, shows them all as blood until i use them.

Not to derail this thread (because I would like to see the OP's response to the topic at hand instead of my AddOns), but yeah, I can do that.
Actionbar is Bartender. Minimap is Chinchilla. Damage/Threat meter (which is empty next to the minimap) is Skada. Unit frames in that shot were Pitbull but I use oUF now. Nameplates are caelNameplates. Rune AddOn is Magic Runes (I use Docs Debug Runes now, which is AMAZING) and the CD tracker next to it is Cooldown Watch. All the timer bars everywhere are NeedToKnow. The buffs on the right are done through Elkano's Buff Bars. I just set the actual bar to 0 width and enlarged their height. Tooltip is TipTac (I use something else now, but cannot remember what it is). The text on the minimap is SLDataText. Combat text was MSBT at the time, but I use xCT now.
That old screenshot reminded me of how awful my non-pixel fonts were. Ugh.

Bartender isn't supported anymore.
Here's what I do:
Get Dominos.
Order your buttons like this:
......................U+F rune.................F+B Rune
Unholy Rune...............Frost Rune................Blood Rune
................................Runic Power
...................................Generating
.....................................................No Cost
Other stuff (professions, etc)
Other stuff (professions, etc)

This makes it much easier to track. I have all my abilities like this, left side of the screen where the chat is (and chat box moved to the right). The abilities take up about the same space as the whole chat box. ONLY problem is that tool-tips cover chat box. Not really a big deal.

What are you talking about? Bartender4 has a new manager and is being maintained for all current patches.
