There isn't much for Rets in Kara just a few accessories and Gorehowl from Prince.. Best place to get gear would be Battlegrounds get the Vindicator's Scaled stuff and try and get s3 if not BG for the s1 set

either grind honor for the S1 gear or wait until 2.4 comes out and buy the crusader gear and that should take care of your armor needs for a while

get ragesteel and doomplate if you can get your hands on them, the 2-p bonus gives hit rating on both sets, making it worthwhile imo

You could start using The Oathkeeper then BG for the S1 weapons
