When you get 400 pages of comments on the PTR forums, you can bet something has people abuzz.
To clarify - the 20%/20% was 20% maximum health for 20% maximum mana, which is completely screwy given warlock itemization is skewed toward stamina. In other words, it would have been a significant nerf and required extensive regearing for most raiding warlocks.
If Blizzard had wanted to make it a percentage based entirely on health or entirely on mana, its unlikely there would have been any significant protest. As it is, the change is gone.
