OoO Rebel, that is insulting to anyone that happens to not be Christian. Your God is Truth, what does that make everyone else that is not Christian?
Time to go back on subject though because I do not think we should get into a religious debate, just do not insult other religions by saying yours is Truth.

GOD
, "HE WHO IS", revealed himself to Israel as the one "abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness". These two terms express summarily the riches of the divine name. In all his works
GOD
displays, not only his kindness, goodness, grace and steadfast love, but also his trustworthiness, constancy, faithfulness and truth. "I give thanks to your name for your steadfast love and your faithfulness." He is the
TRUTH,
for "
GOD
is light and in him there is no darkness"; "
GOD
is love", as the apostle John teaches.

Is that "proof" Hyperspacerebel? I'm not seeing the point it's supposed to be making. Does this prove God is real, and that he is the truth?
No if you actually read what I wrote I was provoking him. (That first one is a philosophical proof by the way--if you can't see it, it's your own fault).

I'm not reading that, too long. In any case, I don't consider it proof because all you ever do is go in circles.
He is truth because he is intellect, and he is intellect because he is omnipotent, and he is omnipotent because he is eternal, and he is eternal because he exists outside our world, and blah blah blah. See? I can make up stuff too.
I find religion hard to believe when it says that all those who don't believe it will be punished for all eternity. Seems like a really underhanded way to hook people.

Both those links I posted are completely philosophical. So you can leave you religion argument at the door.
And next time you ask a question and someone provides a proof, don't turn around and say you aren't going to read it.

Hell is not in Leviticus because it a modern phrase, I thought we went over this earlier...It says you cannot partake with God, ie you cannot go to Heaven.
Wow, talk about not reading the context. It's a whole list of people who can't offer burnt sacrifices. And don't see heaven or Gehenna anywhere.
And just ignore the other two parts about being killed for swearing at your parents and the fortune teller part while are you are at it.
It's called a legal system. Ever heard of it?
