Give me a skill (cooldown based or not), that turns me into a fire elemental, giving me no cooldown on Lava Burst, or something likewise.

Actually... that idea isn't half bad. I second the motion for an elemental form. Maybe make it so you do 5% more damage while stationary, and you can move and cast, but the damage you do 5% less instead. It would have a fire mage sort of feel to it.
