I'd say the combination of Slave Pens / Underbog usually gives rather well. Besides that, good old Mechanar is a popular favorite.
Whatever you do, stay away from Auch. Crypts, it's just not nice :P

Finish off leveling your leather working (not too hard since 2.3) Then you can start woking on the ebon netherscale set, you'll need 3 primal nethers to finish the set but the bracers don't need them and are very nice.
