Avoid hit and Expertise for the moment, unless you are struggling with Threat. You want to pick up anything that has mastery+Avoidance stat. Try to get this

coupled with another decent one such as
these
ones
.
Any item that has a ilvl of 346 and higher get rare quality gems.
Blue Socket

and
Yellow Socket

Your spec is also a bit of a mess. Your glyphs aren't to bad, but could be better. Battle Trance is a really bad choice of talent points. In fact it's terrible. Use something like

Deep Wounds
Gag Order
and
Vigilance
Impending Victory
and
Vigilance

Shield Specialization
. Make sure you change Thunderclap Glyph for the Victory rush glyph if your going with this setup.
