I agree -- I also leveled, 60-70, in similar fashion as Yakra & enjoyed it.
In the end, my build wasn't really fixed until 63 or 64, but that's of some irrelavance; at level 58, there will be few dungeons in The Burning Crusade of which you will easily find groups. Realistically speaking, aim for level 60 before venturing into TBC dungeons, especially if it is your first time.
Also, a single point in Imp. Whirlwind will work wonders for ability rotations.

I'd just like to add that even if you don't take Yakra's build, notice that he didn't take Imp. Cleave and Blood Craze - with a good reason. It's easy to miss those things.

Not as much gimped, but Outland dungeons are not just a step above the classic 5-man dungeons; they are a full two steps ahead (read: they are more difficult/complex).
