4 lfr Tier gear vs higher/same lvl dps gear?

So I now have 4 pieces of LFR Tier gear and am thinking of turning them in. However the 2 pieces are the same level (so i figure this would be better for the bonus) however 2 pieces are downgrades gear score wise (489 down to 483).
would this be worth the bonuses? 15% from my lava lash for the 2, which i think I will be going with, and then the additional 15% from my stormstrike wich i can only use 2 times in a row, once very 3 minutes.
otherwise i would grab some healing gear with these other pieces.

I would say keep and use the tier 4 piece bonus. 6 item level isn't that much of a difference compared to the tier bonuses
