Okay we started out our arena team just for fun . . .
PoM Pyro Mage and a Holy Pallie
At first our rating went downhill, very undergeared and not lots of knowledge in Arena.
Now we have this combo . . .
PoM Pyro and an Arcane/Frost mage
We basically target one guy, hit a macro which unleashes PoM/Arcance Power/Trinket/Pyro or Frostbolt in my case. Which will basically kill anything in one go if timed correctly. Hunter/Pallie, Priest/Mage, Mage/Mage combos, we have nailed and dont struggle at all but . . .
Were having trouble nailing, Warr/Resto Drood, Rouge/Healer . . . is this because there well geared or just hitting the wrong thing, basically we target the first thing we see and hit our macro.
We either die very quickly or win very quickly . . . are 5 second mages any good?
Any tips to get over that 1600+ rating?

Pom-Pyro was working in dual mages 2v2. And I think it stops being a good team after season 2.
Burst teams are dead, you need to use control and sustained damage, now.
What does that mean ? Consider respecing to Ret and Ice ( I don't mages can be good in a healer-DPS team ).
