I have an active 29 twink Warrior. And some of the more successful twink Rogues I see have dual 15 agility on thier weapons.
I'd have a set for differnent encounters. For a Rogue, I use my 2h or my sword and shield (I just won't die with that). Also, I'll use my shield when fighting casters for Shield Bash.
For excample, use something, preferably a slow weapon, with Crusader against things that might take a long time to kill (like Warriors or Paladins). And the dual 15 agility for squishies.
