That's not the case. The problem is that people want everything handed to them on a silver platter. As said before, this is a db site which has very good filters to allow people to search for specific pieces for a certain level range. From what I've seen, people are much more apt to give FEEDBACK on someone's research.

You can put BC enchants ( Moogoose, Savagery, etc... ) on an item if it's level 35 ( the item's level, not the level required to use it ).

Some examples:

Obtainable for 29 twinks and you can put moogoose or +20str on those weapons.

Here is the armory for my twink rogue. Not the best gear, but very close, and all rather easy to obtain (minus the Torturing Poker, which took an enormous amount of runs to get.)

And though some of the other posters weren't as helpful in their responses, it still holds true that you will get a bit more assistance if you show that you've done some research. Shadowpanther.net has a full list of gear, enchants, etc. for 70 Rogues, as well as all of the twink brackets, and is very useful.

aaaaalso: you could also get engineering as profession, then you can get: http://www.wowhead.com/?item=23761 or anything similar, they do not have lvl recs, you just need a high engineering wich costs some money if you don't farm mats urself.

Can't get above 225 engineering unless your a gnome (240 if you are) at 29.
