Not only is the link mistaken, but the build is complete folly as well.
Using a build such as 21/40 would imply
dual wielding
. The Fury talent tree is biased toward
sustained damage
where as in PVP one would want
burst damage
with a two-handed weapon.
In general, two-handed Slam builds (based in the Fury tree), are also less than ideal due to their playstyle, which attempts to shift from heavy burst damage to more consistant damage over time. After all, a two-handed weapon is meant for slow, hard hits & a two-handed Slam build is an attempt at breaking the mold for PVE purposes.
