1. What do 'premades' mean?
2. Does getting drunk affect leveling? (I'm smashed and the mobs are lower level?)

1. A premade is a group of players who are queuing for the same battleground. For example, 10 people on the same realm could form a raid group and queue up for Warsong Gulch, or 20 people for Arathi Basic, etc.
2. Being intoxicated does not affect your level, but it does cause mobs to appear a few levels lower than they really are.

PvP guilds often do this to ensure they can operate as a team in a BG without other random players joining in.
You'll know if you're facing a premade in a BG, you'll get roflstomped in about 2 minutes flat if they're any good!
