Noticed it with Swipe too, confidently swiping knowing sheep and sap wouldn't break.. Then they did. >.<
if you re-read the bilzzard patch notes the swipe change has been taken out (the wowhead patch notes weren't updated to reflect this yesterday, though that may have changed)
the 2 they left in the wont break CC was cleave and that pally spell.
Multi-shot went back to breaking CC too.
