Ineffable Truth Cooldown Reduction Nerf - Which Classes Will This Affect?
Blizzard has announced they will be fixing a bug with Ineffable Truth, so that flat cooldown reduction effects will not benefit from effects that increase your cooldown rate. The Blue Post specifically mentions Paladin's Hand of Justice talent but this will nerf any class that uses Ineffable Truth and has an ability that reduces the cooldown of another ability by a flat amount.

The Infinite Stars Tooltip appears to be bugged and showing its old damage values of when it scaled off of Attack and Spell Power. In practice, Infinite Stars appears to function the same, with its damage scaling off of the Item Level of the Corrupted Item.
