With the global release of the PvP Honor System
Thursday, November 14th, 11 am PDT
, we believe it is a good time to highlight our main PvP guides for Phase 2.
PvP/Honor System Overview
The Honor System is a massive content feature unlocked this week in Phase 2 of Classic WoW, allowing players to track PvP progression and earn weekly ranks and rewards. We've made a comprehensive guide to the Honor System, explaining how to earn Honor, Contribution Points, Ranking Decay, and more.

Honor Sets
As you advance in the Honor System, you will unlock many different perks, including PvP exclusive class-specific armor sets, with unique set bonuses and appearances. There are two different sets, one rare and one epic, both with pieces unlocked in various different ranks.

Open World PvP - Overview and Best Locations for PvPing
While we will have the Honor System, there still won't be any Battlegrounds available in WoW Classic for Phase 2. All Honor obtained will come from open-world PvP. With that in mind, we prepared a guide with the most important things you need to know, from where to go (or not go) to information about the Gurubashi Arena in Classic.
