With zerg strats being really popular in Classic Alterac Valley, some of the more dedicated players are already hitting Exalted with the

and obtaining the best rewards from those reputations. However, a notable Exalted reward is currently missing from the AV reputation vendors: The caster ring,

The likely reason for this is because of
Sortija de Don Rodrigo
having Spell Penetration as one of its stats. In Vanilla WoW, Spell Penetration was added as stat on gear on Patch 1.9, the same patch that saw the release of the Gates of Ahn'Qiraj and Ahn'Qiraj raids. Don Rodrigo's, as well as other PvP items such as the Warsong Gulch reputation trinket

also were released in Patch 1.9.
In Classic WoW, both Ahn'Qiraj raids are scheduled to be released in Phase 5, so this is likely when Don Rodrigo's Band will be added as well.
