Classic Gear Planner Updates - Talents, Enchants, Gear Filters Including Phases

We've pleased to announce more updates to our
Classic Gear Planner
, including support for enchants, talents affecting stats, and shapeshifting forms for druids.

Enchant Support
Once you've selected a piece of gear, opening up the gear picker again displays an "Enchant" section at the bottom of the window. Select any enchant you like--it will be saved, added to the item tooltip, and displayed in the gear summary section underneath the stats.
Talent Support
As some talents impact your stats, such as

improving hit, we received many requests to add a Talent Calculator to the tool. Just click on the tabs behind the Gear option to select your talents. You can also copy the talents, view them in the calculator, or import a build into the Gear Planner!
Filters
A few weeks ago we sorted out all items into their (likely) Classic phases. Now we have added Phase filters, along with item quality, source, item level, and required level, to the gear picker window.
Shapeshifting Forms
Druids now have the option to see their stats when in Dire Bear, Cat, and Moonkin Form.
In addition, we've addressed ongoing user reports on incorrect stat scaling, or missing set bonuses. With the addition of talents impacting stats, we're sure there may be some unexpected inaccuracies, and you can send reports to . Thank you for all your reports so far!
What's Next?
Random Enchantments
: We have some support for this for low-level items, both in the Planner and on our item database, but we're still working on fully implementing random enchantments on max-level gear.
Stat Weights
: We're in the process of dusting off our old stat weight code so it can work both in the Gear Planner and on our item filtering system in the database.
New Save UI
: When we launched the Gear Planner, players could already save and share the custom URL with friends. However, we received lots of reports that we didn't have an obvious save option, so we're building a system similar to our
Outfits database
where saving a set permanently stores it as a unique page on the site.
