Blizzard Breaks Census Addons in Classic - /who Function Now Protected

Earlier this week, Blizzard has pushed a hotfix to Classic servers that changed the /who function to be a protected in Classic WoW. With this, addons cannot automatically send /who calls on behalf of players.
While Blizzard has not made any official posts in the subject, this change likely was likely aimed to break Census Addons in Classic,
including one we highlighted last week
