As a sugestion, Post your issue on the
Official Customer Service Forum. They can handle your account and fix it for you. If you dont have account access, Keep trying to call Billing for help also.

I Can't post my issue on the forum because i says that i have no world of warcrfat account attached to the forum account. You need a active subscription to attach one. But i cant add a card as you may know already :P
When i look in the WoW Armory i see that my char still wears all the gear that it weared when i logged off for the last time.
So i followed the steps that Toldu gave me, now i hope that blizzard wil send me an e-mail with good news asap.

OMFG:
i went to the wow armory, and looked for the guild 'Forgotten Heroes' because i was the guild leader. The guild had 2 members, me and my brother :P
I was horde so when i saw the guild was an alliance guild i thought that was kinda strange. Here is the link:
