The launch of Season of Discovery Phase 6 was not without issues. It appears that the Phase was released with an incorrect raid build, PTR vendors in Stormwind, as well as bugged Raid IDs.
Season of Discovery Phase 6 Overview
While in the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj, many World First raiders noticed that the enemies were dying much faster than they were expecting. It appears that this version of Ahn'Qiraj was the Classic Era version and not the Season of Discovery version that was recently tested on the PTR.

One example of these differences can be seen when comparing

to kill the same boss. This difference in boss health is due to <Fas> entering the raid instance at release, and fighting against enemies with Classic Era health and damage values.

The release of Temple of Ahn'Qiraj also brought several unexpected PTR vendors to Stormwind. These vendors would typically be used so that players could easily access high-level equipment for testing purposes. These vendors sold Tier 2 and PvP gear, and players have been asking Blizzard for a rollback to remove these illegitimate items.
However, it does not appear that a rollback is in the works. We expect official communication from Blizzard soon, as many players are now also dealing with
bugged raid IDs
