Patch 7.2 Broken Shore World Buildings and Perks

Part of the quest sequence at your home base on the Broken Shore consists of building up certain buildings in the area - this was teased at Blizzcon: "We will be rebuilding old Night Elf Ruins - the Mage Tower, Command Center, Nether Disruptor - this will open new quests, each day will be different."

Here is what the early version and perks looked like at BlizzCon:

As mentioned in the 7.2 preview, players will work together to fortify and rebuild various buildings: Nether Disruptor, Command Center, or Mage Tower. You can earn BUILDING CONTRIBUTION REWARD ITEM for completing building quests like Helft beim Bau des Magierturms and acquiring the currency Kriegsvorräte der Legionsrichter. This will be a cross-faction and region effort.

We have now tried this out on the PTR in recent builds; through world quests you are able to earn around 50-60 Kriegsvorräte der Legionsrichter per day. You can donate 40 at a time to whichever building you like. Do note that the requirements have been reduced on the PTR to speed up progress for testing purposes.

Once unlocked, the buildings appear to stay up for a temporary period of time:

Mage Tower: Kundig and Teufelsschätze
Anytime you loot an item which grants Artifact Power, theres a chance you will earn a bonus one.

Provides you with access to Artifact Challenges, Bonus Treasure Spawns, Portals

Each day the Nether Disruptor is active, you can return to the Broken Shore to complete a quest that grants you a free Seal of Fate.
