7.2 PTR - Build 23780 Marked As Release Candidate

For our second 7.2 PTR build of the week, we've datamined a handful of legendary and spell updates. More importantly, build 23780 is marked as a release candidate, which means the 7.2 PTR is pretty polished and could go live soon! Several days ago the

were properly added to the data. This holiday is scheduled to go live on April 5th, so 7.2 is likely the 28th or the 4th.
