Don't know why it says you need 85 Lockpicking, I've been doing it on the beta with 75.

you can also Remove the poison effect with a small anti-venom from first aid.

You missed some stuff.

UC rogue trainer will have a dialogue option that says "May I have it, please." which will lead to getting Eleganter Brief which will start Das Anwesen, Ravenholdt which leads to collecting Emblem des Syndikats

The Alliance one is far easier than the Horde one, did the Alliance one at 20 and can't do the Horde one at 23.

I just tried it again at 23 and got it this time. Remember to use backstab first on the Elite, it loses 60% of it's health. Use sap on one of the mobs and kill the other, bandage if you need to. For the lookouts, pull them into the tower one at a time and kill them. The mobs you need to kill are level 22 and 23, so it's best to be at their level.

I found the boat near Ratchett is an easy place to level lockpicking. There are lockboxes in the front room on the main level.

One more thing, you can't use poisons and sharpening stones.

For anyone who is an idiot like me and went straight into the tower and got the journal before pickpocketing the key and got poisoned first.

If you have first aid trained and can make anti-venom, hop across the river to darkshore and kill venom web and pygmy venom web spiders as they have a 10% drop chance for the regent to make anti-venom and you can just cure yourself of the 7d poison without having to go find a druid.

The poison on me got despelled and i couldnt use Hinotts Öl and didnt get a Poison skill in my spellbook.
After 2 hours of travelling, i found out, i can buy poisons at a vendor.

1st floor mutated venture drones killed oneshot by ambush,
2nd floor rapture killin patrollers,
3nd floor lookout killing by eviscerate,
and last floor Galliwix killing by ambush+vanish+ambush( need to hit ambush before energy tick, using vahish and hit ambush again)

Do not forget to use Coarse Sharpening Stone or Coarse Weightstone.
