Try this. Go to the room with the child king in it, and he's in the room that juts out west of that room. :)

When I completed the delivery quest, he gave me an item called "NG-5". It is labeled as a unique quest item, with no stats on it. However, he does not give me any more quest either. Anyone know what this item is for?

Who is Major Samuelson?
-Major Samuelson was a high-ranking officer of the Stormwind City Guard, stationed in Stormwind Keep.
-He appeared to be a loyal soldier, but in World of Warcraft: Cataclysm, it was revealed that he was a double agent working for the Twilight's Hammer cult.
-His character is mostly known for this betrayal, as he turns against Stormwind and is ultimately slain.
- He was also the mentor of Lieutenant Farren Orinelle

-Before Cataclysm: He was a minor NPC in Stormwind, guarding the throne room of King Varian Wrynn. Players could see him standing watch, but he had no major questlines.
-During Cataclysm: A questline revealed that Samuelson was secretly a Twilight’s Hammer agent.
-Prince Anduin Wrynn and adventurers investigated and discovered his treachery.

-When confronted, he transformed into a Faceless One (a type of eldritch creature serving the Old Gods).
-King Varian Wrynn and the Royal Guards fought him, and with the help of Anduin’s Light-based powers, he was ultimately defeated.

Betrayal and Death
Samuelson’s betrayal was a shock because he was a Major in Stormwind’s defense forces.
He was slain in battle, and this was the end of his story—there were no follow-up quests or revivals in later expansions.

Unlike major villains (Onyxia, Sylvanas, Garrosh), Samuelson was not a major lore character, so Blizzard didn’t need to continue his story.
