*You will need the following spells from your druid trainer in order to complete this task: Remove Curse, Abolish Poison, Tranquility, and Hurricane

1. Head to Ferales and speak with Tyrisius
-He's a NIght Elf NPC located in a structure at the far South end of Ferales due South from Dire Maul.
-Climb up the large ramp and then hug the right side and keep an eye out for Tyrisius inside the first tower.
-Pickup the quest Wisdom of the Guardians

2a. Find the Shrine of Feralas
-Located at the intersection where the main road meets the road towards Dire Maul.
-Northwest corner of the intersection has a hill, the Shrine is on top of the hill.
-Click the shrine to receive a buff called Duty of the Warden

2b. Head to the small plateau just south of the road from the Shrine of Ferales.
-Combat a Gordunni Warlock (Ogre) until it casts Shrink on you.
-Use spell "Remove Curse" to remove the curse.
-Your buff will now say "You have cast out what corrupts the spirit."

2c. Head to the Writhing Deeps at the South end of Ferales due south from Camp Mojache.
-Combat a Zukkash Wasp until it casts Poison on you.
-Use spell "Abolish Poison" to remove the poison.
-Your buff should now say "Your duty is fulfilled."

2d. Head back to the Shrine of Ferales
-As you approach, a Treant Avatar (level 50 non-elite) will appear and attack you.
-Defeat the Treant Avatar and the spirit of Blightbark will appear and give you his blessing.

3a. Head to Azshara and find the Shrine of the Beast
-Located on top of a plateau on the Northwestern edge of Ruins of Eldarath.
-Interact with the shrine and it will tell you "Hunt the white stag with tooth and claw."

3b. Head Northwest a short distance to a small valley (oval-shaped mark on map near Ruins of Eldarath) where the White Stag paces back and forth.
-Defeat the White Stage using physical attacks in feral form.
-White Stag is immune to magic.
-Defeated White Stag will drop Sacred Stag Heart

3c. Return to Shrine of the Beast and use Sacred Stag heart to offer it to the shrine.
-Hyppogryph Avatar (level 50 non-elite) will appear and attack you.
-Defeat Hyppogryph Avatar and the spirit of Whisperwing will appear and give you her blessing.

4a. Head to The Hinterlands
-To reach this area, there is a pathway through the mountains in Hillsbrad Foothills, North of Durnholde Keep.
-Northeast of the main road to the North of Jintha'Alor you will find a tall hill.
-On top of the tall hill is the Shrine of the Moon.

4b. Interact with Shrine of the Moon and it will tell you "The calm comes before the storm."
-Cast the spells Tranquility followed by Hurricane.
-Moonkin Avatar (level 50 non-elite) will appear and attack you.
-Defeat Moonkin Avatar and the spirit of Sagefeather will appear and give you her blessing.

5. Return to Tyrisius in Feralas.
-Turn in the quest to receive Rune of Efflorescence and Seed of Renewal
