Does the faction here do anything for the Darkiron Dwarf in Everlook?
I have not been able to speak with the dwarf in Everlook. I am thinking that he gives Thorium quest as the Mithril Brotherhood did in Orgrimmar , Booty Bay , and Gadgetzan (as far as horde goes , i think).
I have just started donating my Darkiron the the dwarf in BRD , (bastage) looks like a many a day will be spent in BRD.

In summary , feel free to keep my on tack.

Donate to the spirit (grom ell or Doom ell have to check which one)..to enable smelting..Takes (20) gold bars , (10) TrueSilver bars , (2) Star rubies. * info from previous posts * donation to enable smelting, unsure if before or after fights.
Keep mining Darkiron both hoarding and smelting.
Question; Are all the plans from the Darkiron vendor droppable?
Forge is behind room of the seven undead Darkiron dwarfs (or close to there)?
Anvil is at named Fire Elemental?
Darkiron vendor/questgiver/hog of all darkiron is in tavern..Couldnt get quests at 58th level can get quests at 60th , so it is somewhere in there..

That summarizes all info that I have been able to gather.
Bottom line, if you aren't serious about putting in the time in BRD don't bother. Spend the time learn the layout and pass along any further useful info.
I think this is a long term endeavor for the top end smiths. Resists are essential for MC as was said in previous post.

Ive finally got to Honored doing the kingsblood, then dark iron residue. That wasnt to bad money wise, but turing in 2400 dark iron to get to revered is just insane. Once there you get item recipes that require MC drops, so its a waste if you are not doing MC alot. I hope to see more ways to get faction form these guys and more ways to get the MC drops for the smaller guilds that cant get enough to get there.

There r 2 reasons why u want to be exalted with these guys...

One is that u get recepies for dark iron gear (FR)... if u gear up ur MT with these u will have a much grater chanse of tanking and killing Ragnaros...

Secound one is that if u r exalted and hand in a "Sulfuron Ingot" u will get the plans for the "Sulfuron hammer" witch later on can be made into "Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros"

Thats the reason u want to get exalted...

I've been to this bar twice now, both times I was in a full party. Is it possible to get to the bar solo? Or is it recommended to have a full party every time you do a faction turn in?

Also, from what I've read, if you are planning on raising faction with the TB, it seems you better start planning lots of trips to this bar...correct?

Okay, first of all this is Blizzard's oppurtunity to you to get FR for MC. MC is a 40 man instance. The huge amounts required for this Faction SHOULD NOT be coming from one person. The entire guild should be contributing to these amounts. It's worth it if you want to take down high FR encounters like Ragnaros. Good luck guys.

I got my rep up within about an hour, but now I have to somehow get into BRD. Is it safe to stealth to the bar? I'm a 48 rogue and I really want that transmute heart of fire into essensce of fire ;_;

I am honored with the Thorium Brotherhood, but when I made it to Lokhtos, I didn't see any of the turn in quests available to me. I suspect that it is because of my level (level 53). Does anyone know at what level the turn in quests become available, such as dark iron ore and Blood of the Mountain?

My guess is that's why the guy's name is 'darkbargainer'. But /agreed, there should be some monsters you can kill to get faction points. It's incredibly hard for a normal player to get the corehound recipe, let alone any of the revered/exalted ones.

I recently visited here smashing thru (and dying twice) with my 70 warrior and this guy just sells plans. They do not require reputation. I think they spawn at different times but, they did not require any rep

Get the reputation mod that gives concrete numbers for any change in factions

10 DI ore = 50 pts
All other turnins = 200 pts

3000/6000/12000/21000 pts for friendly/hon/rev/exalted (noncumlative, 42k total)

Be aware a new grindable quest (no idea when/if it caps) is coming in 1.5 and doing all the imperial plate blacksmith quests in tanaris (270 thorium) is worth 1150 pts or so

at honored faction i was able to get the flarecore glove, shoulder, and robe patterns and the enchant str and spirit.
only thing i'm missing now is +22 int and flarecore leggs... i asume that is at revered and if so that means 40 CORE LEATHER turn ins, 2 each... that's really kinda nuts

* Sulfuron Hammer - all Blacksmiths can obtain this. To receive the plans you must bring a single Sulfuron Ingot which drops from Golemagg the Incinerator (drop rates: Thottbot / Allakazam). You need to be revered with the Thorium Brotherhood and have an ingot in your inventory when you speak to him to receive the plans.

Now, once you actually craft the hammer (mats costs several thousand gold), you will want to obtain an Eye of Sulfuras, which has an even lower drop percentage (from Ragnaros). Combine the Sulfuron Hammer with the Eye of Sulfuras and you will get the legendary hammer, Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros.

In a raid guild, this isnt hard at all. Master looter is always the GM, and all cores go towards gear if its needed, otherwise they are used for rep. lava/firey cores arnt REALLY needed, as they are ment for FR. If you run MC weekly to Rag, then do farming runs 4-5 times a week, Exalted reputation isnt that hard.

Now I managed to get a group for BRD and happen to come across this fellow. Seeing as I had a decent amount of Dark Iron ore, I wanted to turn them in for faction. When I got to him he did not have any quests available for turn-ins and i'm honored with TB. So what I figured (and what I'm wondering) is you have to be a certain lvl. Can anyone confirm this or tell me. Thanks.

you turn in stuff you get from molten core. I'm a gnome mage and have been turning in stuff for faction for a while

these quests cant be done at 57, what level is needed and if, like the dark iron residue quest, it requires faction, what faction is required?

Corehound Boots, Molten Helm, Dark Iron bracers and Flarecore Gloves only require Friendly reputation. We just got there on 2 characters and can now make Corehound Boots and Dark Iron Bracers.

Lokhtos is located in the Grim Guzzler, deep within Blackrock Depths. He is the reputation vendor for the Thorium Brotherhood, and also gives and receives several TB reputation quests.

the Grim Guzzler bar (15) is the next stop after defeating Angelforge in the West Garrison (13) and Argelmach in the Manufactory(14).

Stealthing is entirely possible, however there are two locks to overcome:

1) passing s and entering the East Garrison (for Shadowforge Key, see quest: "Dark Iron Legacy", obtained from Franclorn Forgewright when you are in Dead/Ghost form ONLY)
黑铁的遗产 opening the West Garrison gate by "using" the mechanism in the lower level (just inside the entry) of the East Garrison

If you are looking for the enchant formulas in wow classic dont waste your time like i did, they aren't available until phase 3... i was there today and only found the tailor, LW and BS patterns!

One turn-in gives you 2000 rep so you need about 40 lava core or fiery core from neutral to exalted.
