Anyone know if the cooldown timer on these is tied to other similar abilities like Rogue Sprint?

When you sprint there is a cooldown before you can use these boots, so it's not stackable w/Sprint unfortunately.

The cooldown period is about 15 sec or so after you use sprint. I didn't time it or pay attention after I equipped them. I'll come back and update when the freaking 60 MIN REUSE is back up.... geez.

The swift boots do stack with sprint. There is a 30s timer from when you equip them till you can use them.

You are also able to get it to stack with travel forms (Shaman and Druid) and dash (Druid), but you have to use them then shapeshift.

So your saying, if you equip a pair of these boots with a run speed enchant on them... and then sprint... 118% run speed?

Does it stack with Nifty Stopwatch and Swiftness Potion also? lol

this is leather - i cant use it on my warlock
but i would like to have something similar

I checked those 2 minutes ago: They do NOT stack neither with mount (not possible) nor with travelform (shows both buff-icons but it keeps the speed of the Travelform)

Checked with TitanSpeedometer.

Anyways: I got Mithril Spurs on them, so I can relay on the name ;)

I got the pattern for these babies a couple of weeks ago at AH (25 silver buyout!). I�m so happy!

As a feral druid with the 15% speedboost from PvP set, defilers boots, nifty stopwatch, Swift boots and being an alchemist (Swiftness Potion, Living action Potion and so on) I�m almost impossible to stop in WSG.

I can run as fast as an epic mount with the flag almost the whole way back to homebase and with the right specc and potions/trinkets/gearswitch you really need 3-4 really good players to stop me alone, if I have help it�s very very hard to prevent me from scoring.

If you really want to get this recipe, the best way to do it (from what I see in drop rates) is to grind Eric the Swift, in Uldaman.

However, it's likely much more efficient to just find a leatherworker who already knows it, and provide them with the materials.

Doe these and the gnomish rocket boots run on the same cooldown timer? ie. could I use the swift boots, equip the rocket boots, wait 30 seconds, then use the rocket boots?

For 1 thing the cooldown is 1hr and for another thing you can not use Pause or Delays in Wow. So if you wont to use them you have to put them on and wait an hr befor you can use them. Sorry.

Can I get some help with a macro, something like:

Equip Swift boots
(delay 30sec)"doh!"
use Swift boots
delay 15sec
equip last boot

something like that, cause the +10 spirit doesnt do crap for my Rogue. Thx
