Fissure plants can be looted from the -fissure plants- next to the fissure in Stagnant Oasis. I noticed they were lootable just after I solved that particular quest. They are a food of sorts healing 243 over 21 seconds.

Very cute, six of them spawn when you use the Dried Seeds at the Stagnant Oasis for the quest The Stagnant Oasis. You could abandon the quest and retake it to farm more of these lol, not much point to it though

The plant objects only last 2 minutes before despawning!
