The item cost 50 Commendation Signets, and is unfortunately consumed on use. You can buy multiples, but they do not stack.

You can use this item while having DMT buffs Chronobooned. However... If you use this item while having DMT Booned, then Unboon, your DMT buffs will be over-written by this new buff (Called 耐普图隆的祝福 Blessing of Neptulon). This new buff CANNOT be chronobooned.
