I've turned in the 10 necrotic runes for the Dmg Oil, but can't seen to find where to get the quest for turning in runes for these gloves. Any pointers?

The quest-giver that gave you the "quest" for the Dammage-oil allso gives you this quest to get theese gloves, it only require 30 Necrotic runes, which you can easy earn by grinding scourges! And remember, wear the Argent Dawn Comision(or something) trinket when you kill the scourges, so that you can recieve the stones and turn them in for Argent Dawn rep! Enjoy! =)

These gloves can be traded for the runes(30) from the Quartermaster in EPL?

You don't get these gloves from the same NPC who gives you the quest to turn in 10 Necrotic Runes. There is a forge just outside the church in Light's Hope with an NPC named "Argent Quartermaster" near it. Craftsman Wilhelm is just to his left. This Argent Quartermaster has the quest (not really a quest, you just show up with the runes) for turning in 30 necrotic runes for these gloves. I was running around this damn place forever trying to find the right npc.

it disenchants into a Large Brilliant shard... doesn't everything?

Heyo all i'm a 60 mage from thunderlord and I just
got all these items yesterday. Here's how:

Gloves: as stated you collect 30 of those runes
and hand them into a quest reward guy found in
any major city or at LHC and you have them

Bracers: these drop mainly off the silver elite
guys that are occassionally around a crystal. They
look like the Undercity guardians and are rarespawns.

Chest: this drops off the Shadow elites from a
damaged crystal. Best way to do this is to get
a 7-10man raid going with a mage, tanks, healers,
and some other dps. Every mob around the crystal
you kill damages the crystal between 0.5% and 1%.
So do an AoE roundup and take out groups to clear
around 10% at a time. When the crystal is at 0%
four summoners will appear. Talk to one to fight
a shadow elite that can fear. They're kinda hard
but nothing too hard to handle in a group. These
guys are the ones who drop the chest pieces and
sometimes also drop 30x necro runes and also a
corrupter's scourgestone. So overall you have 4
chances per crystal provided your group is the
only one there.

Overall I would say with this set, the blessed
wizard oil, rune of the argent dawn, and other
epic items I have...strat & scholo better beware.

I was looking all over the place for that NPC. After reading the comment I just did /target craftsman and poof I found him. Got my cloth gloves, very nice :)

The questgiver for the gloves is indeed the npc as stated above. To make the quest available you first have complete the quest that need you to hand in 10 necrotic runes for oil/stone.

So if you can't get your gloves, try doing this quest first

Supposedly some people can turn the runes in to the female argent dawn comissioner in UC under the bank. I cannot...what am I missing here? I really want to turn these in, I worked hard to get them!
