For those who are curious, since it's a 2-h weapon, that can be converted to a 1-h weapon, you can enchant it with all enchants that fit a 2-h weapon. So if you enchant it with +int or +spirit or even +weapon damage, it appears to carry over, meaning I made a +3 spirit on 2-h, and when it was a 1-h, I retained the +3 spirit.

However, if you get the Grand Inquisitor enchant, it will make the buff appropriate for the type of weapon.
1-H will proc 120 strength.
2-H will proc 200 strength.

So depending on if you are both tanking and dps'ing, you might want to consider paying for the expensive. If you're healing and tanking, don't bother.
